Carroll-Sue has been involved in the cheering industry for over 14 years.  Her love of the sport and helping children achieve their dreams is what inspired her to form this foundation.  With many years experience volunteering at the youth, jr. high, high school and her professional career at the all-star level over the last 8 years has lead her to this journey.  Carroll-Sue has over 15 years experience in the travel, fundraising and event industry.  She is a former PTA president, Welcome Wagon President and religious education teacher.  She is known to many as “The Coach of Fun” and can be heard cheering on all the cheerleaders at local, regional and national competitions!  She is an avid fan of the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox!  Carroll-Sue is First Aid & CPR Certified and is USASF Credentialed up to Level 5 in Stunts, Tosses and Tumbling and has earned certificates in Non-Profit Management.  It is her goal to help make the cheerleading sport affordable for all,  provide essential information for all aspects of the sport and be a leader in “Making the Difference” in a cheerleader’s life.

Scott is currently the head coach for the 4 time NCA National Championship team, University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.  Scott also coaches an All-Girl Open Team.  He has coached at the high school, college and all-star level for over 13 years. He has choreographed numerous 1st place All-star routines at the national level.  In addition, he has also choreographed 1st place state championship routines all across New England.  He was a head instructor for 8 years for a locally based cheerleading company and on the All American Cheer & Dance staff for the pro bowl half-time show held in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2002 & 2003. He is also a gymnastic instructor for floor tumbling and former cheerleader for the East Elite open team. He is certified in first aid, CPR, AACCA safety certification program and in all levels by the USASF where he is a credentialing instructor.  Scott judges local and national all-star competitions.  Scott debut his acting career on MTV’s Made in 2005, where he coached a high school student into being "Made" into a cheerleader.

Tina cheered for over the past 15 years on a competitive All-Girl, Coed Open and college teams.  Tina is an all-star coach and has been coaching for the past 9 years.  Tina coaches youth, junior and teams.  She has won numerous regional, state, national, grand national titles and her college team won the 2008 NCA College nationals winners.  She is a 4 time NECA Bid Receiver and has received a NECA Coaches Award.  The teams she has coached have won numerous local, national and grand national titles.  Tina has choreographed national all-star routines, has been a camp instructor, tumbling instructor and has received many specialty awards as a coach and as a cheerleader.  She has judged at local competitions.  Tina is First Aide and CPR certified, USASF credential through Level 5 of Stunts, Tosses and Tumbling.

Nancy has over 15 years experience in working with children through summer camps and religious educational programs.  She also volunteered numerous hours helping out the local Little League.  Although Nancy has 4 grown boys and is new to the cheering industry, her love and experience with helping children and her ability to jump into any project will be an asset to our foundation.  She has a special flare with children of all ages.  Nancy is an avid fan of the Red Sox and is in love with all the Disney characters and Disney World!!  She loves to vacation in Florida and Aruba in her spare time.

Executive Judging Administrator

Alison has been involved in the cheerleading industry for the past 17 years. As a high school and all-star coach her teams have won numerous state and national titles. Alison currently private coaches and choreographs for rec, school and all-star teams all over the country. She is a keynote speaker for many coaches’ conferences and cheerleading clinics throughout the East Coast.  She has over 12 years of safety (USASF certified), panel and head judging experience on the national level.

 She is a former high school math teacher with a masters’ degree in counseling. She is happily married with two wonderful young boys. She is thrilled to be a part of the UCDF staff and she cannot wait “to make a difference”!

UCDF Administrator

Maria has over 25 years experience in the sport of cheerleading as well as dance.  Maria is a former Shepherd Hill cheerleader, All Star Cheer & Dance Coach, All Star Director as well as a former owner of a local all star gym.  Maria was a former UDA and NCA All American as well as a former Dance Master's of American Gold Medalist.   Maria is a former high school teacher and is currently going back for her Masters  Degree.  Maria is married and has two beautiful active boys.  Her love and passion of the sport, along with her experience and eagerness to help out children has brought her to our foundation.  Maria is very creative and has an artistic flare.  We are blessed that she is willing to share her expertise, love and passion of the sport with our foundation.

Co-Chairman -  UCDF "Making the Difference" Financial Grants
Julie is a stylist at Jeffrey Roberts Salon & Spa, Worcester, MA.  Julie's daughter cheered at the high school and all star levels for over 10 years.  Julie has been involved with numerous cheerleading committees and is a past president of an All Star Parent Organization.  She has been in charge of many cheerleading trips and works very hard in finding the BEST bargain around.  In addition, to her daughter, Julie has a son.  John, her husband is involved with soft ball and they both love to travel.   Julie is very creative and we welcome her energy and she is a wonderful addition to our foundation.

Co-Chairman - UCDF "Making the Difference" Financial Assistance Grant Program
Lori was a former pop warner and high school cheerleader.  Lori has coached high school, all stars and pop warner teams.   Lori became involved with cheerleading though her daughter, Nicole who cheered for Shepherd Hill High School and was also an all star cheerleader.  Her love of the sport brought her to our foundation.  Lori was a past all star director as well as a past owner of a local all star gym.  Lori taught many years at the pre-school level.  She was a past secretary of a parent cheerleading organization.  Lori currently is an administrative assistant for an adult education school.  Besides her daugher she has a son who is a senior in college.  Her husband Dan and her are HUGE Red Sox fans as well as faithful Patriot Fans!!

UCDF - High School Liasion
Michael has been involved with cheering for over 15 years. He is the current varsity coach for Marlboro High School. His team is nationally ranked and he has placed first in many state sanctioned tournaments. His high school team has also won a Regional State Title. Michael has coached all stars, pop warner and high school teams. He has choreographed routines all over New England. Michael cheers on a competitive coed team that has won numerous first place and grand national titles.  Michael brings energy and enthusiasm to our foundation.
